It depends on where you are. Orders processed and dispatched the same day up until our 1pm cut-off will take 1-3 business days to arrive.

Al our products are large and bulky thus we have partnered with dHL and DX to give you the quickest, safest and most up to date trackable service available.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. You have up to 30 days to inform us and return the goods . Should the goods be damaged or faulty we will uplift the goods at no additional cost.

Most of our ride on cars require an 8-10 hour charging time when you first receive the car. This will allow the battery to function at full capacity during future running and charging. Like any battery device the cells can die over time or when not in use so we recommend using and charging your ride on at least every 2 weeks.
